I'm Diletta — founder of Empower Agri and co-founder of China AgriTech Decoded. For 10+ years I've worked at the intersection of agriculture, innovation and international development — from cooperatives in the field to global agri-input boardrooms.

Independent consultancy serving agri corps and scale-ups expanding into European markets. In parallel, I co-founded China AgriTech Decoded — a research venture mapping the Chinese agtech landscape and opening market-entry and supplier partnerships for Western players who don't want to fly blind in Asia.

Embedded with BASF, Yara, and multiple agtech scale-ups. Scaled a digital farm-management platform from 2 to 11 countries, launched a unified digital ecosystem across product lines, ran market-entry sprints in Southern Europe.
