What we collect
- Contact information you send us by email or via Calendly when booking a strategy call (name, email, company, what you wrote).
- Anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, country, device type) — only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. No personal identification.
- Newsletter subscriptions (your email) if you sign up to one of our resources via Beehiiv.
Cookies
By default this site sets no tracking cookies. If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we may load privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible or Google Analytics with IP anonymization). You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
How we use your data
- To reply to you and deliver any service you've engaged us for.
- To send you the newsletter or resources you signed up for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except for the tools strictly required to operate the site (e.g. Calendly, Beehiiv, our hosting provider), each of which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, just email diletta@empoweragri.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
Heads up: this is a clear, plain-language template. If your jurisdiction or business model requires a more formal policy (DPA agreements, specific processor disclosures, etc.), have a lawyer review it before publishing.
