Questions before you book.

Why charge for an audit if discovery is free?

Free calls attract everyone. A small fee filters for people who are serious — and lets me put real preparation hours into your specific market. You get a better answer; I get to do my best work. Aligned incentives.

What if the audit isn't worth it?

You email me within 7 days, I refund the €500. No forms, no pushback. So far nobody has asked — but the offer stands.

Do you do longer engagements?

Yes. Roughly a third of audits turn into a market-entry sprint or fractional GTM work. We discuss scope and pricing in writing after the audit, never as an upsell on the call.

I'm not sure which to pick.

Do you also work on China — partnerships or sourcing?
